T-Mobile Ad-free Radio Weekends - Redeem button is unresponsive

I’m trying to redeem the T-mobile free weekends but whenever I click the redeem button, it takes me to Pandora, but nothing happens?!

Have Galaxy S21. Redeemed Pandora offer for ad free music on weeks on T-Mobile Tuesdays. Still getting ads.

Pandora App still plays commercials on a S21 phone. I reloaded Pandora App on the phone, went through TMobile Tuesday app and redeemed ad free Pandora offer again. Still has commercials. No screenshot an error....the app just still plays commercials.

@abhi10ju Our records are showing that your device is linked to Verizon - not T-Mobile.

Can you confirm that you are currently a customer with T-Mobile?

Do you happen to use a Dual SIM?

Yes ! I am using app on my other phone. I have an old phone for tmobile so don’t want to install app. Let me know the solution.

@abhi10ju To clarify, the phone you are currently using is linked to Verizon, however you have an old phone that is linked to T-Mobile?

If that is the case, you will only be able to use the old phone that is linked to T-Mobile to take advantage of the promotion.

I have never had ad free weekend work either. I use S10E Samsung. I click on the link REDEEM in the t-mobile app and it directory opens up Pandora, but never provides any ad to watch. Then if I play any of my curated stations, the ads play every 3 to 4 songs like regular. It's not for any single artist or station, it seems to be all of them. Ads still play

Hi,

I keep listening to ads all the time. When I first open the app on weekends it appears a screen with rose circle, black background. I am unable to click on it, and then it disappears, and ads keep playing afterwards. My device is iphone SE 1st generation. I appreciate your assistance.
