I have T-Mobile Tuesdays installed and logged in with my T-Mobile Home Internet 10-digit phone number. When I try to redeem the recent Pandora Ad-Free Radio Weekends offer (appeared 3-16-21) through the T-Mobile Tuesdays app - which in turn launches my logged-in instance of the Pandora app, I get one or more of the following errors in the Pandora app:
1) "We can't find this page right now. Please try searching for something else."
2) "This offer currently isn't available"
I see that others on an unofficial T-Mobile Home Internet Facebook Group page have successfully redeemed the offer. I have attempted to redeem it on two separate Android phones to no avail.
Anyone's assistance or suggestions for a fix would be most welcome. Thanks!

Hello India based Pandora Support when are you going to escalate this issue to someone that has the experience and capacity to resolve it? I’ve been trying to redeem the offer for several weeks now and continue to receive the same error every time “This offer currently isn’t available”. I have the latest Pandora app, I’m signed on to my account and I have no Pandora subscription. Very poor support shame on you Pandora!
Just got the same error that I’ve been getting for at least 2 months now. Here is the screenshot. Please send me a private message and I’ll reply with the email address associated with my Pandora account as it is different from the one I’m using on this site. Thanks.
Does it only apply to the Pandora phone app? I would like to listen on my desktop app, but am still getting ads. I'd assumed it would just be attached to my account and would work anywhere I use Pandora.

@jodzeee Yes - the ad free weekend should work across all devices.
Could you confirm that you are logged into your upgraded account on your device?
Sometimes, it may help to sign out of Pandora, and then sign back in using the email address associated with your upgraded account.
If you are still seeing ads after confirming you are logged in with the correct address, can you tell me a bit more about the advertising you are seeing?
Is it for a specific brand or artist? Are you hearing them while listening to podcasts?

I tried it today on my iPad and still get both visual and radio ads. I logged out, then went to the T-Mobile app a d clicked redeem. It brings me to the Pandora app, I logged in, but it says “This offer currently isn’t available.” 😕
Subsequent attempts give the same result.
doesn't work in older IOS before 13.0 legacy Iphones will most likely not work
which is a bummer since my phone is older and I have no budget to drop 1100 bucks on a phone for a music service
