T-Mobile Ad-free Radio Weekends - "This offer currently isn't available" error

ColonelPanic
Underground

I have T-Mobile Tuesdays installed and logged in with my T-Mobile Home Internet 10-digit phone number. When I try to redeem the recent Pandora Ad-Free Radio Weekends offer (appeared 3-16-21) through the T-Mobile Tuesdays app - which in turn launches my logged-in instance of the Pandora app, I get one or more of the following errors in the Pandora app:

1) "We can't find this page right now. Please try searching for something else."

2) "This offer currently isn't available"

I see that others on an unofficial T-Mobile Home Internet Facebook Group page have successfully redeemed the offer. I have attempted to redeem it on two separate Android phones to no avail.

Anyone's assistance or suggestions for a fix would be most welcome. Thanks!

Me either. I'm just uninstalling the T-Mobile app. It rarely works well on my phone.

@EazySteve @multisyncdel I moved your post over to this existing thread: T-Mobile Tuesdays - Cannot redeem offer for Pandora Ad-Free Radio Weekends

I’ve gone ahead and enabled a trace on your accounts.

Would you mind running through the redemption once more?

If any error messages pop up, please provide a screenshot.

Let me know how it goes.

Adam,

My mobile carrier is Mint Mobile.

But I have T-Mobile Home Internet, which makes me a T-Mobile customer.

I am using the T-Mobile Tuesdays app and redeeming other offers there, but unable to redeem the Pandora offer from March 2021.

In the interim, the Pandora app version has updated to 2103.1 from 2102.1.1

Same issue here going all the way back to the first day this was released by T-Mobile. Has anyone been given a solution for this? Would appreciate any help from Pandora on this.

@Str8Shooter To clarify, are you also receiving the xx error message when you attempt to redeem this offer through T-Mobile?

In the meantime, I’ve gone ahead and enabled a trace on your account as well.

Would you mind running through the redemption once more?

If any error messages pop up, please provide a screenshot.

Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝

To clarify, yes redeeming offer directly from T-Mobile page. Both on laptop and using iPhone.

I did as you asked, although I don't have a screen shot available. Tried on the laptop first and received a page not found error. Then tried on my phone and get a popup in the center of the screen that reads "This offer currently isn't available." with only one option to proceed by clicking "OK"

If you must have the screen shots, I will try to get them.

Thanks for the assistance!

@Str8Shooter Yes - please send that screenshot over in a reply to this message if possible.

Additionally, I’d like to gather more information regarding the issue you’re experiencing.

Please confirm which mobile carrier you’re currently subscribed to (ex. T-Mobile, Sprint, Metro).

Also, are you using an unlocked device when attempting to redeem the offer?

Or was the device you’re experiencing this issue on purchased or brought over from a different mobile carrier (ex. Verizon, AT&T)?

I appreciate your help.

What is the issue preventing this offer from being completed normally?

Hi there, @sportster92. 👋

Looks like you've already opted in for the Ad-Free weekends as I do see that you've enabled recently. After you've opted in to the offer provided only for T-Mobile, Sprint and Metro customers, you'll receive a notification when you open the Pandora app every weekend.

Just tap on Start Weekend and engage with the video ad in order to access your Ad-Free Radio Period.

Regardless of when you initiate the Ad-Free Radio Weekend, your account will return to your regular service on Monday.

Let us know how it goes.

Carrier is T-Mobile (primary with e-sim) and Xfinity Mobile (secondary with physical sim)

Device is carrier unlocked if that's what you are asking.

The device (iPhone 10R) is a T-Mobile device but was unlocked by the carrier.

Just as a note, my wife is having the same issue with her iPhone 11 Max and it has been setup the same as my 10R. Dual Sim with T-Mobile as Primary (e-Sim) and Xfinity Mobile as Secondary (physical Sim).

Hopefully this will help!

Just for fun, you might try temporarily removing the Xfinity SIM, then try to redeem the offer once again.
