To clarify, have you already been charged for a subscription to Pandora, however you are not seeing the benefits of the subscription reflected on your account?

Or are you running into trouble upgrading your account to one of our paid services for the first time?

What do u need

When I try to upgrade, it won't let me.  It is saying that I need a copy of my I'd and a bill with my name on it.  Did that

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Looks like you're attempting to upgrade within the Pandora app through Google Play. However, the payment isn't processing through their billing system.

You may need to update your payment method within the Google Play Store.

Since your subscription is billed through the Google Play Store, you will need to update your payment information associated with your Google account.

Visit Google Play's Add, remove or edit your payment method help page for more information on how to manage your payment options.

Alternatively, you can upgrade directly through our website. 

To view all of your options and to subscribe, visit our website. Select your subscription level and your payment method.

I have Pandora Plus I want to upgrade to premium but every time I try to it tells me I have to open the app but I'm in the app and still get the same error
