I did the same thing- Waited until the subscription expired upgraded to family premium plus then I sent invites. One of the invites I sent is to my own other account under my second email. When I accept the invite under that account it just brings me to my main account. When I go to my previous account through the app and try to sign out and back it is not connected with the family plan. How do I make this work?

Same issue here, the Accept Invite makes the family members log-in as the account holder, this is not what we need. We'd prefer each account to have their own access, play lists etc.
@drhodge I do see you've sent out three invitations (with two of those being accepted so far).
The third invitation was sent to an email address that isn't associated with any Pandora account.
That person will first need to create a new account using their email address - once that is created, they should be able to accept the invitation you sent them.
Let me know if they continue to run into issues after they set their new account up.
For context, I have the Family Plan. I am trying to add the 4th account. I send the link to the account they are signed up with, the accept it, but it doesn't work.
On my end it still says invite pending. Please help!

I have sent the invite to the email address I need to add to my family plan however with I click accept invite I get bounced to the sign in page and the account still show as pending invite. How do I get the account added?

It doesn't look like an account has been created yet with the email address you sent the invitation to.
That person will first need to create a new Pandora account using the email address you sent the invite to.
Once that account is created, they should then be able to accept the invitation to the family plan subscription you sent.
Check out the accepted solution to this thread for instructions on how to send out those invitations.
I hope this clarifies things a bit! Let me know if you run into any issues with this after the new account is set up.
Same thing is happening to me. I just now tried to add my grandson and I myself tried to sign him into his phone with the link I sent him and it says that there is an error and that I needed to send the invite again which I did over 5 times with no luck. It is very frustrating. Please send me an email with the instructions and way to correct it. No wonder out of my invites only one is active and the other ones have not been "accepted".

I switched to the family plan so we could listen in different areas on my ranch, sent out the invites for each one added, they were received, selected the invite tab, but nothing happens on my account, still says invite pending, did this process multiple times, no success. please advise.

Looks like you were able to send out three invites. If you're noticing that the invites are pending, this means that the invitation to join your Premium Family plan hasn't been accepted yet.
If you've already sent an invite to a family member and they haven't received it, make sure that:
Once they've received your invite email, they'll simply select Accept Invite, and either log into their existing Pandora account or create a new account.
I've taken a look, and it appears that none of these individuals have an existing Pandora account under the email addresses you've sent the invitation to. If they are new users, they would need to create a new account.

Yes, actually have selected the accept invite multiple times, it does not work, as I said above, the invite comes thru, we open the invited email, select accept, but my account does not change, just says invite pending, I just added another, so thats 4, with no luck
Sorry again, so to listen to different areas on my ranch, guess I need separate accounts for each location for each to listen to separate music, not a family plan

I was able to add the most recent person you invited to your plan. They should be able to log into their account and see that they have Premium.
For the first three individuals, it appears that none of these individuals have an existing Pandora account under the email addresses you've sent the invitation to. They would need to create a new Pandora account if they are new Pandora users.

Upgrading to the Family Plan means that you and up to five other accounts can enjoy all of the benefits of Pandora Premium, while keeping your individual Pandora accounts.
As long as each person on the family plan is on their own account, you can all listen to Pandora at the same time. However, you still won't be allowed to play music from a single Pandora account on multiple devices simultaneously.
Each Pandora account on your family plan can only stream from one device at a time (unless you are routing the audio into a system with multiple speakers, such as a Sonos system).
That being said, you could specifically create and/or add a second account to your family plan for those occasions when you need two personal devices playing at once. (I can help you share content from one account to the other, if need be.)
Otherwise, just make sure you press pause on one device before beginning to listen to the same account on a different device.

So I set up a new family plan, but cannot for the life of me get it to accept additional members, no matter how many times I send the invite and click on the accept link. In the end, I had to sign up for an additional premium account so now I'm paying $25/mo for two people. Seems ridiculous! Anyone else have this issue?

I changed my plan to a family plan and I have tried to add my husband to the plan. I set up a pandora account for him with his email. Send the invite, accepted the invite but all that happens is the invite takes me back to my main account. When I sign into his account it is only a free account and not associated with the family plan. I have tried this numerous times and get the same problem. Under my family plan it just states "invite pending". Please help resolve this issue
