I have sent a family member three invites, and he still unable to complete the process. I have been paying for the subscription for months now and I need a solution, please.

Like a million other people, it seems, I sent my daughter an invite, and it still just shows pending. Something this simple, should not be this hard.

I sent out two invites, one of which I know has been received and accepted, but my account still says pending, so we can't finish setting up their account/profile. Can someone help?
@farmet1 I do see you've sent out two invitations so far.
This being said, there is no Pandora account registered under either of the email addresses you sent the invitations to.
Those two people will first need to create a new Pandora account with their personal email address before they can join your plan.
Once their accounts are created, they can then accept the invitation you sent them to join your plan.
If they continue to run into issues accepting the invitation after they create their account, please reply back to this thread and let me know.

@farmet1 Sure thing - check out this help page article for instructions on how they can set up their new accounts: Create an account
Once their accounts are created and they are logged in on their separate devices, they can then go back to the invitations that were emailed to them to accept.
If they continue to experience issues accepting the invitations after they create their accounts, please reply back to this thread and let me know.

I invited 2 of my family members and after accepting they still have the upgrade in the corner. One is still on an individual plan until the 27th so his is ok (for now) but one of my kids just shows pending and has not upgraded to premium...
@kriddyk2 I've manually added your family member to your plan from my end - they should now be good to go.
When your other family member's individual plan ends and they start to hear ads on their account again, they can then accept the invitation to join your plan.

Hello,
I've tried to send an invitation to join the family plan and when they click to accept the invite, it takes them to the login page for Pandora. They can't log in with their email because it says it's incorrect. They can't change their password. And on my end, it shows the invitation as pending.
Please help.
@kjhchemist It doesn't look like that person has created their Pandora account yet.
They will first need to create a new Pandora account using their personal email address.
Once that is created, they should then be able to accept the invitation that was emailed to them.

I sent my family member an email invite. She clicked on link thought all was well bus she is still pending on my invite list. She is not able to make it work.

I have sent invitations for my son to join my family plan. When he accepts them, he clicks it and it says the invitation is no longer valid. We have tried it 10 times, and he can't get on my plan! I won't pay for it if we can't have more than one user on it. Thanks.

I can see that you sent 4 invitations to your Family members, however it also seems like 2 of these invitations were revoked before they were accepted.
I have sent the invitations again for you, please try again to accept the new invitations from your Family member's accounts.
Let me know if they run into any issues.
I have this same problem. Sent invite to my wife's email. When she clicks the accept invite button it shows a page that says, "you're already subscribed to {plan name}. Between this issue and having to wait for my premium subscription to run out before I could switch to the family plan, I'm not sure if Pandora has their act together.
