I did the same thing- Waited until the subscription expired upgraded to family premium plus then I sent invites. One of the invites I sent is to my own other account under my second email. When I accept the invite under that account it just brings me to my main account. When I go to my previous account through the app and try to sign out and back it is not connected with the family plan. How do I make this work?
@artinmindstudio They will need to sign into Pandora using their personal email addresses (the ones that the invitations were emailed to).
That way, they will use their own Pandora accounts (not yours) on their separate devices, and will be able to utilize the Premium plan you added them to.
Hope this helps!
I'm gonna need that too! I can't accept the invite
Hello, my sister told me she sent me an invite to become apart of her family plan. I have yet to receive an email invitation. What can I do?
I have resent the invite multiple times and she had checked her spam/junk folder.
@Mikaelaapischke @Victoriacb I do see you were able to get added to the Premium Family plan yesterday.
Was there anything else you needed help with?
Let me know.
We are in the family plan how can my wife listen to her music and I listen to mine. Extremely opposite musical tastes thanks
@booshwar60 I moved your post over to this existing thread: Unable to accept family plan invites
It doesn't look like an account has been created yet with the email address you sent the invitation to.
Your wife will first need to create a new Pandora account using the email address you sent the invite to.
Once her account is created, she should then be able to accept the invitation to the family plan subscription you sent.
Check out the accepted solution to this thread for instructions on how to send out those invitations.
I hope this clarifies things a bit! Let me know if you run into any issues with this after the new account is set up.
I sent a family invite to my son, he clicks Accept Invite and it takes him to this page. My other son had no issues. How do we fix this?
@dxtac I do see you've sent two invitations to join your plan so far.
I've gone ahead and made sure both accounts are now added.
For your son that was having issues, please have him sign out of Pandora on his devices, and then sign back in using the email address associated with the new account you created for him yesterday.
Let me know how it goes.
Like the subject says my mother is getting the Can't open page message through the email she was sent for the invite. Multiple resends and multiple messages.
@ThatJerkWild I have created a ticket with our support team for you.
They will be contacting you privately via email to help look into this further, so please keep an eye out for their message.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
I have the same problem...Nobody is helping us!!!

@ckcckc52 So far, I see you have added one account to your plan - that account is associated with an email address beginning with c.kambich@.
I recommend having that person sign out of Pandora on their device, and then signing back in using that email address.
Let me know how it goes.
I am having a similar issue. I sent my wife an invite to her email. When accepted, it then tells her she is already a family plan member but when opening Pandora it doesn't show the subscription and she doesn't have member privileges. When accepting it's showing my email address.
@Cowboysgirl It doesn't look like her invitation has been accepted yet.
Additionally, it sounds like she is still logged into your Pandora account since you mentioned she is still seeing your email address on her devices.
I've gone ahead and manually accepted the invitation from my end - please have her now sign out of all of her devices, and then sign back in using the email address associated with her personal Pandora account.
Let me know how it goes.
Upgraded to the Family Plan. Set up Pandora account for my husband. He got the invite; he accepts it and all he gets is a message that says he is already subscribed to the Family Plan and asks does he want to switch plans. Under his own plan it wants him to upgrade and all I have in my Pandor account is Invite Pending.
@Tammietamm It sounds like he may be logged into the wrong Pandora account on his device if that is happening.
We've gone ahead and added his account to your Premium Family plan on our end.
Please have him sign out of Pandora, and then sign back in using the email address associated with the Pandora account you created for him and he should be good to go.
Let me know if this helps.
@Pretendor I've gone ahead and manually added the second account to your plan for you.
Since an account is already registered under that email address, you don't actually have to create a new one.
Instead, sign out of Pandora on your devices, and then sign back in using your personal email address associated with that account.
Let me know if you run into any issues.
