I checked my statement recently and said there was a 10 dollar charge for Pandora which made sense but you never sent any type of reminder that I was gonna be charged?

I’ve been charged for 9.99 for Pandora and have no idea why? I looked at my bank and apparently this isn’t the first time and I’ve had multiple 9.99 charges on different months! What is going on and how do I make it stop?!

I figured out what the problem was and unfortunately my ex was trying to use my card to pay for her premium. If you knew my ex you would know its not worth the fight to try and get the money back. I’ve changed my card so it won’t happen again. Thank you for your support!

This has happened to me. Pandora has not been able to get any money off of my card because it's a prepaid card and there is none on there but it keeps billing my card for 60.55 two to 3 times a day. I changed my card and it's still trying to take money!! I don't know how you got my card info because I have a free pandora account and I have NEVER signed up for a subscription. I would like you to stop billing my card! How did you get my info anyway?

I have read other threads similar to this question, but seems as the response is that Pandora customer support will email the post author....   I do not have any chargeable subscriptions listed in these places:  Pandora.com, Siriusxm, Roku, Google Play.  How do I stop the recurring charges?

Why am I being charged without my consent?  I want a 3 month refund and I want this to stop and cancel my unauthorized premium subscription.  $32.13.

Does anybody know why I was charged $9.99 to my card for starting a premium free trial? I was so confused. I have never used free trials on Pandora before.

I noticed the charge and immediately canceled the subscription but did not get the refund. Does anyone have the same experience before?

After I canceled my subscription yesterday. I got my refund but it is pending. So I guess there’s no issue anymore.

Hi - Just curious is anyone else recently had an issue where Pandora put through an unauthorized charge upgrading subscription to the Family Plan?  I woke up one day recently to literally more than  50 emails from Pandora about my subscription - and when I checked my bank statement they had put through charge for a full year of family subscription.  I had not signed up this, did not sign up for a trial - it was just inexplicably charged. 

Once I contacted customer service, they finally reversed the charge after a few rounds back and forth - but I am still left questioning as to how this happened in the first place. 

Anyone else have something similar happen?

Hello, I am ben I just recently found out I am being charged 9.99 a month since December of 2020 until February 2021. I didn't authorize this subscription to take place I don't have the premium version so I don't know what I am being charged for I sure as hell don't use it. My email is XXXX  I would like to get this resolved in a timely manner please and thank you.

Yes. I'm dealing with this as well. It looks like it's been an issue at Pandora for almost a year (at least). Pandora...you need to get on this.
