I checked my statement recently and said there was a 10 dollar charge for Pandora which made sense but you never sent any type of reminder that I was gonna be charged?

Why is my credit card charged each month on the 24th for $10.70.  I do not use Pandora and haven't for years.  I think it is crappy that I can't send a private email to pandora or call pandora to resolve this rather than discuss my private issues in public.  I will warn anyone I know away from using pandora or at least giving them their credit card info because they want to make it as difficult as possible to resolve issues hoping that their Customers will give up and they can then keep billing them.  Wrong.  I will cancel my card and dispute every single charge as far back as they will let me.  I will also make as many posts on as many web sites as I can that Pandora is afraid to give their Customers any privacy.

For two months we've had a charge to our credit card that is unauthorized.  We don't have anything other than free Pandora accounts.  This is the billing charge:  "PANDORA*INTERNET RADIO PDORA.COM/BILCA".  Please help to stop these unauthorized charges. Thank you!

I have a monthly charge for pandora internet. I never signed up for pandora subscription. I do have an account but it shows that I haven’t signed up for a subscription. After getting these charges I called my bank and got a new debit card and they sent me a new debit cards cancelling the previous one. I received my new card and did not add to any website and charge of $5.29 appeared again. It seems to be linked to my checking account not debit card and there is no way to call pandora. How do get pandora to stop charging me.. I never signed up for any paid subscription..  Pandora please have someone reach out to me to resolve this.

I never ordered nor not an upgrade but am being charged $5.33 every month for the past 5-6 months I want my money back. Also I want to know how you got my checking account information?

Support Team- my credit card has been charged for the last 3 months for 5.13. I had to get a new card each month. I never authorized the charge and would like to know how to stop this. Anyone else have this issue.

I created this account just so I could respond to this. I deleted my pandora account months ago and I am being charged for a subscription I've never had. How did you get my card info when I've never once entered it I want my money back and I want it fixed

I am being charged $10.85 a month for a Pandora subscription that I don't have and never authorized.   I have been trying for 3 months to get this issue resolved and I find it abhorrent that you are stealing money from my account and I can't get in touch with anyone to resolve this.   I  need you to stop charging my account and refund any monies that you already stole.
