For two months we've had a charge to our credit card that is unauthorized. We don't have anything other than free Pandora accounts. This is the billing charge: "PANDORA*INTERNET RADIO PDORA.COM/BILCA". Please help to stop these unauthorized charges. Thank you!

I have a monthly charge for pandora internet. I never signed up for pandora subscription. I do have an account but it shows that I haven’t signed up for a subscription. After getting these charges I called my bank and got a new debit card and they sent me a new debit cards cancelling the previous one. I received my new card and did not add to any website and charge of $5.29 appeared again. It seems to be linked to my checking account not debit card and there is no way to call pandora. How do get pandora to stop charging me.. I never signed up for any paid subscription.. Pandora please have someone reach out to me to resolve this.

I never ordered nor not an upgrade but am being charged $5.33 every month for the past 5-6 months I want my money back. Also I want to know how you got my checking account information?

Support Team- my credit card has been charged for the last 3 months for 5.13. I had to get a new card each month. I never authorized the charge and would like to know how to stop this. Anyone else have this issue.
