Hi @MMSAMPLE317, I checked your account and I do see the 4/2/2020 charge from Google Play for your Premium subscription, however, I don't see the 4/10/2020 on my end.

I've asked that our User Support team reach out to you to gather more details.

Unauthorized charges

I am being charged $10.85 a month for a Pandora subscription that I don't have and never authorized.   I have been trying for 3 months to get this issue resolved and I find it abhorrent that you are stealing money from my account and I can't get in touch with anyone to resolve this.   I  need you to stop charging my account and refund any monies that you already stole.

Charged with no subscription...

Hi! I need to get ahold of someone regarding a charge I was charged for. I do not have a subscription nor did I do anything at all wanting to upgrade or any type of subscription. I was billed $6.99 and would like to speak with someone. If you could please let me know who I need to reach out to.    .

Charged for unknown account

My bank account is now overdrawn and I need the subscription fees refunded from my account.

Subscription on an old account

I am being charged $4.99 monthly on my credit card. I have tried to cancel subscriptions on my account - but I do not have any. I am being charged for an acct I do not have.
