Update billing information on old Apple account

I'm having a similar situation where I created the pandora account years ago via itunes...somehow. I haven't used the itunes account in years and no longer have access? How do I correct the info?

@538ansley Unfortunately, we can't manage this directly on my end as we don't have access to the Apple billing system.

You'll need to contact the Apple support team for further assistance.

Thanks. Ugh. How long do i have to resolve this before I'm cut off? Should
I cancel this account and start a new account? Seems easier

@538ansley I don't recommend starting a new account, because then you wouldn't have access to the same stations and collection you have been building on this one.

If you contact Apple through the link provided in my previous message, they should get back to you so that they can further assist.
