You are currently unable to upgrade

Hi, I initially subscribed to Pandora Plus several years ago when I had an IOS phone. I changed my phone to Android and kept using Pandora. Last year my credit card expired, and I could not upgrade it thru my Android since it was registered under IOS and sent me back to IOS indicating a gmail account which I do not use and do not have a password.

I have 4 stations in my cell phone which I want to keep and upgrade thru my Android to Pandora Plus, but every time. I want to upgrade thru my Android and a message indicates "You are currently unable to upgrade". 

Please advise how can I upgrade thru my Android to Pandora Plus.

I'm having the same issue. I cannot upgrade to premium.
