I have been trying to cancel my Pandora account for a year. I have tried online and called the support line and I can't get rid of the account. They continue to charge me monthly for something I don't want and don't use. I just tried to use the support line again and they disconnected me, the recording saying they were short staffed due to the pandemic. Really?! What a scam operation. Any helpful suggestions?

If you can log into the account where your card's information is stored, go up to settings (top right corner) and then over to the left, click subscription. You can cancel there.

You can also get help from the moderators here in the community. They'll see this and respond to you. From the community homepage, you can also get help through the chat feature.

I hate that you don't want it or don't use it. I've found there are so many benefits! And once I ventured into this century and connected it to my car, I can't get enough. You can collect entire albums for $9.99/mo - and that's the premium!
