"Something has gone wrong" Error when canceling

unable to cancel trial subscription

I want to delete my account but have to cancel the trial subscription first which I seem unable to.  I receive following message : "Something has gone wrong. Please try again later" . I have tried changing browser, manually key in password, nothing changes. Please help. Thanks
