Apple Airplay Skipping Songs

Nickr885

My internet connection is down, but my cellular service is still going strong. When I try to AirPlay pandora radio from my iPhone to Apple TV it won’t play the songs, it just keeps skipping songs over and over again. How do I fix this?

@Jaysolinger Nice to see you around the community.

Running through these troubleshooting steps may help resolve this issue.

If not, I would like to report your feedback to our engineers. Could you tell me more about your device?

  • Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone 5c, iPod 6th gen, iPad Air2, etc.)
  • Carrier:
  • iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
  • Pandora version: (Pandora > Settings & scroll to the bottom of the screen)

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or 3G/4G (cellular data) when this is happening?

Also, are you experiencing this in locations where you used to be able to listen without issue?

Thanks for your help with this!

Thanks for posting @Nickr885. Sorry for the trouble.

We are aware of some issues that involve AirPlay and are currently working on them.

Can you let me know the Pandora version you're on? (Let me know if you need finding this)

Thanks!

@TannerPandora I am also having this issue. My pandora will only work on WiFi or if I have the song downloaded. The app is up to date. Hope they can fix this bug! This is my only subscription music app.
