The current version of the Pandora app for iOS requires iOS 15 or later.
To check which version of iOS you're running, open your device’s Settings, go to General > About, and look for Version. If you're using a version older than iOS 15, you'll need to update your iOS in order to install or reinstall the app.
Note: In some cases, Pandora may still function on an unsupported device or service. However, this experience isn't guaranteed. Future updates to the app or operating system (designed to fix other issues) may unintentionally break that functionality.
Public iOS Beta
Please note that Pandora does not officially support iOS public beta versions. While the app may work as expected in most cases, beta software can introduce instability or unexpected behavior. We appreciate your feedback and patience as we continue to refine the experience.
Q: If I’m not able to update my iOS, can I still listen to Pandora?
A: Yes, you can continue listening to Pandora on your iOS device as long as the app remains installed. However, we recommend avoiding deleting or uninstalling the app.
Q: What if I delete the app or need to restore my device?
A: Unfortunately, you won’t be able to re-download the Pandora app on devices running iOS versions earlier than 15. Older versions of the app are no longer available for download.
Q: Will I still receive new features?
A: Unfortunately, no. New features and improvements are released through app updates, which are only available for supported iOS versions (iOS 15 and above). Unsupported devices will not receive future feature updates.
Thanks for the update, @TannerPandora!
