So what is a Solution Author, and what do they do? I never found out. I went to the Help tab, but the bot didnt do anything, just kept repeating 'i am here to help' but not really, since it isn't answering my question 👹. So I am looking for help from a (hopefully) real human entity. Thank you!

I keep getting ads for... getting legal Marijuana and drugs shipped to my house, and I really wish I wouldn't. I am underage for the use of such substance and am tired of the ads coming up. Podcast episode not playing?
For me, I couldn't listen to a podcast episode. I couldn't figure it out until the next one after came out. I listened to the newest one, then the one I couldn't play came on right after. Something that also worked for this issue was powering off my phone (on a different episode) it gives the phone a refresh.
