At the moment, we don't have the option to filter out all songs with lyrics on Pandora stations. For complete control of what you hear on Pandora, try Pandora Premium. It combines our radio service with on-demand listening and allows you to create custom playlists, so you can create full playlists with only instrumental music. Use this link to learn about the many benefits of upgrading. In the meantime, you can still find instrumental stations and playlists by searching for "instrumental." You can also try creating stations based on a number of artists or individual songs that exemplify the sound you are looking for (e.g., songs without lyrics).  Be sure to use your Thumbs for tracks that don't fit the sound you'd like to have for your station. This will teach Pandora what to play on your station. Another thing to try is creating stations with songs or tracks instead of artists. Using song seeds rather than artist seeds can result in a more focused station by diverging from the mainstream and focusing on a distinct set of musical attributes. Hi @violeta!  I moved your post to My Collection to keep the community boards tidy.  Here's how to edit your stations on your mobile device: 1. From My Collection, visit your station list. 2. Tap on the name of the station you'd like to edit. If you're a Pandora Premium subscriber, this will take you directly to the station's "backstage page."  If you're a free listener or Pandora Plus subscriber, this will start your station, so tap either the Thumb or small "i" icon in the upper right corner of your screen to continue to the station's backstage page. 3. From the station's backstage page, tap on the Edit icon (the small pencil to the left of the play button) to edit your station, and scroll down. ++ You can edit the following aspects of your station (assuming it is not a genre station, as genre stations are created by Pandora and cannot be edited): To edit the station name: Tap the pencil icon to the left of the play button to open edit mode. Change the name of your station, and tap Done to save any changes. To add variety: Tap the pencil icon to the left of the play button to open edit mode. Scroll down to Station Created From and tap the + Add Variety button. Search for an artist or track. To remove variety: Tap the pencil icon to the left of the play button to open edit mode. Scroll down to Station Created From, which shows the "station seeds" that you've added in the past. Tap the small (X) beside any item you'd like to delete. To edit the thumbs on your station: Tap the pencil icon to the left of the play button to open edit mode. Hi there, @Cincydene! The announcements you heard are not advertisements by Pandora. Instead, these are messages made by artists or curators on Pandora, alerting you of new music, concert tours in your area, or just thanking you for listening. Hey @BobbyP!  Based on your post, it sounds like you're currently upgraded to an annual Pandora Plus subscription directly through our website. You'll be prompted to interact with an advertisement if you attempt to listen to content on-demand.  Here's how to create a station without enabling a complimentary session of Premium. Hi there, @PhillyGirl19! You can restrict Pandora from playing songs or displaying ads with explicit language. To block explicit content, from a computer: Click the icon (initial or picture) in the top right corner of the page. Select Settings. Click Content Settings on the left, then toggle the Explicit Content setting to Off to block explicit content. Setting it to On will allow explicit content. You'll need to Submit your password in order to confirm your changes. Once this setting is turned off, we'll restrict explicit content for that account on all devices. This will limit Pandora to playing only music and ads that could play on daytime broadcast radio.  Note that this can only be applied to the entire account and NOT specific stations. Also, it doesn't apply to podcasts. You can identify podcasts with explicit language by a red "E" label in the episode title. ++ If you're not using a computer, you can find out how to manage this setting using these steps. Hey @charlie! Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your auto-renewal. Your subscription renews each month unless you cancel or there's an issue with your billing info. It sounds like you may be prompted by iTunes to update your payment information, if your auto-renewal hasn't processed yet or you continue to receive notices.  ++ To manage your subscription from your iOS device, go directly to the iTunes Account Management page here (or tap Settings > Your Name > iTunes & App Store > tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID). If you're not already signed in to your Apple ID, you'll be prompted to log in now. Once you're on the iTunes Account screen you'll be able to update your payment method or subscription plan using the instructions below: From the Account screen, tap Payment information. Hi @ManWithJoeName!  You can actually use the same exact account to upgrade to Premium if you're an AT&T Unlimited Plus and More subscriber. However, that offer is only available to Pandora listeners with accounts that are set to our free service.  Existing Pandora Plus or Pandora Premium subscribers will need to cancel their current subscription before becoming eligible for this offer. That being said, you won't need a completely new account to take advantage of this offer. You'll simply need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire. Once you begin hearing advertisements again, you can then upgrade using this promotion.  ++ Please keep in mind, downloading or stream-ripping is not permitted per our licensing so you won't be able to download those tunes to transfer to another Pandora account.
