Anyone else having a problem with the Thumbprint setting back to zero? I had about 15,000 thumbs up. Now it's saying I have zero thumbprints. I pay for a premium account. Now it's playing a bunch of random songs. And it's even acting like I don't have a subscription, and it's preventing me from skipping over songs, like it did years ago, when I didn't have a subscription.
