I'm having the same problem.  It started two days ago.   Model 4640X S/W version 11.0.0 build 4193.29 Pandora 5.5 Build 4 I'm not giving you my serial number.   I have rebooted the Roku device multiple times. I rebooted my router. I deleted the Pandora app on my Roku device and reinstalled. I unplugged the Roku device. It keeps asking me for login information.
