I came here looking for help on this. Here it is 2023, and they still haven't fixed it.    We listen mostly to True Colirs and 80s Greatest Hits stations on shuffle either in an Onn Roku TV or Vizio TV with a Roku 4 connection. Both devices are up-to-date on software. The Onn is brand new. It constantly repeats not just songs in shuffle but back-to-back. About every 3 to 5 songs it repeats the song it just finished playing in a row.    At first we thought maybe it was playing the original and then the remastered version, but no, it's the exact same song. You can see the song on the left and the current one playing in the center of the screen...exactly the same.    One would think after two years of multiple complaints, Pandora would have fixed their shuffle. Instead, we've come to prefer Amazon.    And please don't come back and tell me to try a slew of steps, or ask for more information, not interested.
