Holy **ahem** - this thread goes back to October 2019 and multiple people have been asking for help and 3 1/2 years later no response. It makes one wonder what Pandora does with all of their subscription money, but I have seen this trend with other online businesses who have moved to a bot-driven customer service model while profits seemingly soar. Why soar - well, when one sees certain businesses like this (one example: Thumbtack.com) paying for TV commercials that is a good indication. Customer service is moving toward extinction. The only power we have is to pull our subscriptions away from companies like this and hope someone is offering better. Might be time to say goodbye to Pandora, nothing else has their attention.
