I followed this other contributor's step-by-step advice and IT WORKED!  I have a 2016 Acura MDX, but not sure it matters, since the mobile app might be where the problem needs troubleshooting. Go to your phone's Pandora app. Click on your "Profile" (bottom right). Click on the Settings icon (cog wheel at the top). Select "Advanced" and then TURN OFF the option "Enable Launch From Car" (under Bluetooth Devices). I was ready to cancel my Pandora subscription, but this worked and I've had no problems replaying songs, hitting thumbs up/down, and moving to the next song.  GOOD LUCK!   ... View more
