Can someone please reach out to me as well. I was unable to locate where I send an e-mail, but I am having the same issue. I cancelled my Google Play Pandora subscription a month ago and the expiration date was May 13th. When I go into Google Play now, it no longer shows the subscription. I cancelled my premium subscription to get the Family Plan. When I try to upgrade to the family plan, it keeps telling me I have a subscription and even on the Pandora website it is showing that I have subscription with Google (which I don't). This is the only account I have and the only Google Play account I have is what I used to originally purchase my subscription. I need help to get over this hurdle and finally get the family plan.
