Hi. This account was set up for a team work account. Since we have been out of the office since March, no one has used this account and amidst all the COVID19 craziness we forgot to cancel. Our team's budget has been reduced to $0 for the remainder of the year. I canceled our subscription, but we were already charged. Is there anyway to receive a refund for the month we were charged? Happy to rejoin the Pandora community once our budget is back to normal.
