LAST August 2019 I paid for a yearly sibscrition on my works pandora account using my personal card, and my boss later reimbursed me for the amount. I was unaware that my card would be charge automatically again when the year ended. I do not use that pandora anymore as I do not work at that location, and my card was charged $119 for the account. Because I dont have access to this account, I did not get a notification asking me if I wanted to resubscribe. I have reached out to pandora support twice now begging for a refund as I cannot afford this $119 charge for a pandora account i have no access too, and i have gotten nothing in response. Is there a phone number to an actual person with pandora I can talk to, or can somebody here help me get a refund?
