I am having the same issue. I can sign in from the website, but any of my devices (Yamaha Musiccast - multiple devices) are unable to sign in.
I have multiple Musiccast Devices. Earlier this week they were often only playing a couple songs and then stopping. Starting yesterday I started to receive an "Access Error" on occasion or it just wouldn't play any music.
I decided to sign out and try to sign in again, and now I am receiving:
Access Error Unable to register your system
I am able to sign in just fine with same username/password in the website.
I have all the latest firmwares for my Yamaha devices and the latest MusicCast app for my phone.
I would appear that for some reason I have hit a limit of too many devices on my account (I should have 2 AppleTVs, 4 MusicCast Devices - though it may show up as more due to the 2 quad streamers each having 4 "devices", and an iPhone and an iPad)
