I did that too. I don't want to use Offline Mode.  I use the premium subscription to get rid of ads. I just want music to play without having to tell it what songs to use for Offline Mode.  I have unlimited data so I can stream music.  If I wanted to use Offline Mode I'd just create a playlist in the Apple Music app and not use Pandora at all.
