I've been trying to cancel my subscription starting 12 hours ago, trying to meet the 24 hour deadline prior to renewal. The error message "Something has gone wrong. Please try again later." appears. I also tried deleting my payment method and that didn't work either. I looked at my bank account and my google accounts, and it appears my billing is direct to Pandora. So I followed "direct to Pandora" instructions. I've also emailed this same info direct to support.
