Hi, I have a Samsung S9 Plus and I am running to the exact same issues. I think it only started within the last month or so, but I keep it on the charger frequently so I don't know always notice it. But lately Pandora is always at the top of my battery usage list. And it is even during times when I don't have Pandora running. When I open up my tray with all of the different applications that are recently opened, Pandora is not even there. But every single time Pandora is using at least 15 or 20% of my battery.
