I get the same thing on my Samsung s9. I have turned off my phone. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app while turning off the phone between for it to recoup whatever it likes to do. I toggle it constantly. I even toggle it on and then close it and then go and toggle off and bam it doesn't work. This happened once before and somehow it got fixed but this time its not.
