I am billed via credit card. Per Pandora advise I cannot find the suggested "switch plan" listed anywhere for me to cancel my subscription. Now I have to wait for a rep to reply - unacceptable. lets just walk up to mount Everest and hand deliver our letter of cancellation, bad business practices. how about put a link directly to cancel the subscription like a respectable business instead of wasting everybody's time.
