My Premium ad-free subscription ran out in the past 24 hours. I renewed for a year, then canceled right away just so I wouldn't be billed automatically next year. However, I can no longer listen to any stations. It seems my account was disabled completely. I tested this by logging out and signing up with a different email address. I could once again listen to stations (albeit with ads). But when I logged in again with my main email address with my Premium subscription, I can't listen to anything. I hit play and nothing happens. This is across all platforms - Chrome on desktop, the desktop app, and the Android app. It also keeps logging me out automatically when I try to refresh the browser. I need help here especially since I just shelled out $116 for a new annual subscription. Edit: It seems to have fixed itself after an hour and a half. I did chat with support, so perhaps the support specialist was able to identify my problem and rectify it.
