"Not found" error when searching for followers

I am having trouble with this. I just got a follower, it’s a friend of mine but I cannot see them when I click on “followers” and their email address is “not found” when I type it in. I have confirmed it is correct.

@sydinnovaria Thanks for sharing your experience with the community.

One thing to note is that the other person must have their profile set to Public in order for them to be seen when searching.

Can you please confirm with your friend that their account is set to Public?
