My collection is missing after logging back in

No. This did NOT work... Any other solutions? How about Restart my computer? Any brilliant ideas like that? I lost 7 years worth of saved stations. WHAT is going on!!???

This happens every time I have to re log in. The stations aren’t gone, just not in the collection. I have to go to my account page and my stations in the account section, then have to have each of them play for a sec to get them to move back into the collection page

Do all of your stations eventually load back into your collection?

Also are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device when this happens?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Title, I used to use Pandora all the time but over a few years I've used several other services. Every now and then I would return to Pandora and explore my playlists to see how my music tastes have evolved over time. This time I've comeback and everything is totally gone

Edit for abit more detail:

My account is much older then is looks, It was made 2009-2012 I think.

I have a paid subscription through my iPhone and the email address for my Apple ID. I had problems with the Pandora app, so I deleted it and reloaded. I tried to log in again with the email associated to my Apple ID and it made me reset my password. The account it logged me into doesn’t have any of my playlists and I hear commercials again. So frustrating.

@Hgottschaldt1 It sounds like you are logged into the wrong account if you are seeing a different list of stations/playlists.

I recommend signing out of Pandora, and then signing back in using the email address associated with your original Pandora account.

In the meantime, I have also created a ticket with our support team for you.

I opened up my app this morning and when I had log in for the first time in a while, all of my stations were gone. How do I recover them?

I stopped using pandora for a few years. I came back to listen to my old stations but there was nothing. I have had this account since the early 2010s and it has no stations. 😞 Pandora looks different. Did stations get wiped? Please help me get my stations back

Pandora signed me out of the app and after I manually signing back in playlists including Thumbs Up, are missing. This has occurred on a yearly basis, do a better job.

Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

I was listening to Pandora all day. I’ve had this account and collecting music for 5+ years. My phone died. Pandora told me to sign back in. I used my email that I’m always using and everything is gone please can anybody help!!!

Hello - similar problem as other users here...wanted to revisit some of my old Pandora Thumbs (of which there were probably a few hundred), but my account only shows 30 now, even after I logged out and back in again. Prior to taking that action, only one single song showed up in my Thumbs list, so 30 is better than one...but still would like to access the rest. Hoping they can be tracked down.
