I can create a new playlist, but when I try to add a song to one of my playlists, all of my playlists are gone and there are no options except create new list. I can still see on my profile that my playlists exist, and I can still listen to them, but I can't add to them. Started this past week (around July 1st, 2025). I am a premium member, so it shouldn't be a tier based issue.
I have cleared cache and data, logged back in and still no changes. I created a new playlist to see if it will bring my old ones back, but no luck.

Additional information needed:
To clarify, are your playlists only missing when you attempt to add a song to one of them?
Or are they also missing completely from your collection when sorting by playlists?
Troubleshooting suggestions:
To begin, can you please try signing out of the Pandora app on your phone, and then signing back in?
Additionally, we'll need you to run through our troubleshooting steps once more now that the trace has been enabled: Troubleshooting for Android Devices
If that does not resolve the issue, can you please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing?

If I look for my playlists from my account tab then I can find all of my playlists and listen. When I try to add a song to one of my playlists, all of my playlists were missing. I even created new playlists to try and see if that worked. I could create new ones and they show up, but none of my regular playlists I've created before last month.
I logged out, cleared cache, cleared data, etc. Now it looks like my collected songs are no longer "collected" because I am being given the option to collect them when listening to a playlist (I already collected them years ago). I'm not sure if the collected songs problem started before or after I cleared the casche and data, be a I wasn't fully paying attention.

This is what I see as my choices. These are all new lists I created while trying to fix the issue, or by just liking songs

I want to add more songs to one of my personal playlists but the specific playlist doesn't show up when I click add to play list under any songs and I pay for the premium Pandora.
@Shawna79 What is the name of the playlist that isn't appearing?

I have passed your information along to the engineers who are investigating this issue.
In the meantime, you can log into your account on a computer and add to your playlists from there as a workaround.

I took a look on my end, and it appears your New2 playlist was recently deleted.
I've gone ahead and restored it to your collection.
Can you please try logging into your account through our website on a computer again and try adding a song to that playlist?

I just wanted to say that as of right now it looks like what ever the issue was has been fixed! I'm able to add music to the missing play list cause it is back and listed in my play lists again!! Thank you so much for the help
