I am having the same issue on my android app... going to try to force stop my app to see if that clears this up.

Hey, @daisymae73. 👋

Sorry to hear those steps didn't help. To keep the community organized, I moved your post over to a separate thread in the Android space.

In the meantime, I'd like to report your issue to our engineering team. Can you send over a bit more info about your device?

  • Model:
  • Carrier:
  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number):
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
  • Have any error messages popped up when you attempt to listen to Pandora?

Let me know. 🎧

Hi there, @Digitalhubris. 👋

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble as well. I appreciate you taking the time to share you device information - it's very helpful in case we need to share this with our engineering team.

Have you tried running through the standard troubleshooting steps yet?

If not, I would recommend clearing the app data to see if this helps resolve the issue. You can find those steps here: Android Troubleshooting
