Android: Unable to start Premium Access session

I was wondering if pandora removed where we can watch an ad and get around 30-an hour of listening to anything we want(artist only station, song, or album) I tried on my phone and it is not working but on my laptop i can do it. Is it just me or did they just change that feature.

Can you explain your issue a bit further?

To clarify, does an ad play however you aren't granted the free session of Pandora Premium when it is finished?

Or do you tap on a song or album to listen to on demand, and no ad ever appears?

I'm experiencing a similar issue I use my phone to listen to Pandora but whenever I try playing my liked playlist nothing happens,I similarly noticed that whenever I tried doing anything that should prompt the watch a ad for a free session of Pandora premium it either just doesn't do anything or says something went wrong

It seems the use of a VPN was causing the issue after disabling it,it seemed to start working correctly

Good afternoon I have Pandora plus on both of my phones...on my s24 I can watch an ad when I want to listen to a certain album....but when I am on my s21 it will not let me. Any advice on how to fix this issue would be much appreciated.

No error sign, it just does nothing. It works on my s24 but when I try on my s21 it does not work.
