Auto: Volume decreases when connected in vehicle

I too have the volume decrease for a moment every so often while listening in my car.

is there a fix?

Hi @cgunn 

Does this only occur when connected to your vehicle? Or when connected to other devices such as a bluetooth speaker?

When in your car, do you connect to Android Auto?

Does the volume decrease depending on the song? For example, a song comes on that plays lower, and then the next song the volume increases or returns to normal?

@cgunn Does it appear to happen depending on the song?

Something to keep in mind is that we don't alter music equalization on Pandora from how it appears on the original releases, so some songs may sound louder, while others may sound lower.

If you feel like this isn't what is happening, please provide the following info so I can pass this along to our engineering team for further review.

no reason or ryme  it just happens every so often.

now when I try to stop a song or close the phone app it keeps playing! what is wrong with your app?

if I cant get this fixed I will have to cancel my subscription and go over to sirius
