CarPlay + App: Unable to remove thumb

Iv also noticed either on app or carplay it won’t always allow you to
“unlike” a song it just relikes it when you hit the thumbs up button

Since you're experiencing something different than the original thread, I've gone ahead and created a new post.

Could you tell me more about experience. To clarify, either in CarPlay or directly within the Pandora app, when you try to un-thumb a thumbed up track, it will re-thumb up the track again?

Does that sound about right?

In the meantime, could you do me a favor and uninstall and reinstall the app once again. I know you've done this recently, however, I've started a trace, and I would like to get refresh connection.

Yep, that’s exactly what it’s doing. It was doing it on an earlier update
and then it stopped for a long time and now it’s back to doing it again.
The only way to stop it from doing that is the thumbs down a song and I
don’t necessarily wanna do that.

I've gone ahead and passed this along to the engineering team. Since it's happening on mobile too, it seems like CarPlay is experiencing the same symptom.

One more thing I wanted to check on, based on your description this is happening on the Now Playing screen when listening. Can you test and tell me if you have the same experience from the station details page. Here are some steps you can use:

• From the Pandora app, select a station - the station may start playing
• Tap Edit on the left side
• Scroll down to your Thumbed Up Songs
• Remove a track by pressing the red button, when finished, don't forget to hit Done in the top right corner.

Let me know if you have the same experience of the thumb returning.
