Noise and sounds like a record playing slow

My pandora which I loved is acting odd on all devices. Car, boat tv from phone, computer and other devices 

the music has cracked sound like static which is impossible on this technology. And even more weird is sometimes it plays slow. Like a old record 

I change to another streaming service and it works right. On all the devices. I don’t want to leave but what’s happening?

You mention this happening on multiple device but to help investigate I'd like to focus on one device to begin with. Can you let me know which device you use the most and we can begin there.
