Admission will be on a first come, first served basis and capped at event capacity. Your RSVP does not guarantee admission if capacity is reached. Please note: No admission will be granted without a confirmed RSVP.
Is there an age limit to attend the event?
This event is 21+.
Do I get a plus one with my RSVP?
Each RSVP admits one guest. There are no plus ones. Please have each guest in your party RSVP individually.
Is my RSVP transferable?
No - RSVPs are non-transferable.
Do I have to bring a printed confirmation to the event?
No need to print out your confirmation. There will be a RSVP list at check-in.
Where do I go when I get there?
When you arrive, please follow signs for GENERAL ADMISSION.
Can I bring a bag?
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and/or small clutch bags (4.5" x 6.5").
ANIMALS
Only service animals are permitted. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog, individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A Guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Guests and Employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
CAMERA POLICY (Media exceptions)
Flash photography, professional cameras (including SLR cameras or cameras with detachable lenses) are prohibited. Cameras must be the point-and-shoot type and must be small enough to fit in a pants pocket. Recording equipment (any form of camera stand or audio/video recording devices), laser pointers or other electronic devices are also prohibited, including tripods, monopods and selfie sticks. This policy is subject to change per event.
RECORDING DEVICES
Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into SXM properties, or events. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices.
ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES / VAPE DEVICES
Are permitted in designated areas only.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
We aim to provide an enjoyable, yet exciting environment for ALL GUESTS attending. To achieve that, the following are prohibited:
- Aerosol Cans
- Animals/Pets (except service animals)
- Audio/Video Recording Equipment
- Balloons, Beach Balls or Related Items
- Cans, Bottles, or Glass Containers. Guests may bring empty Plastic/Nalgene Reusable Bottles. Guests will be required to discard the contents of any reusable bottle brought on property.
- Chains, Studded Bracelets, etc.
- Illegal Drugs
- Large Bags and Purses
- Laser Pens and Pointers
- Outside Food or Beverage, etc.
- Moshing and crowd surfing.
- Professional Photography Equipment (Detachable lenses or lenses longer than 2 inches (ca. 51 mm) Tripods, Monopods and Selfie Sticks)
- Poles/Sticks to Display Flags, Banners, etc.
- Skateboards, Rollerblades, Bikes, etc.
- Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc.
WEAPONS ARE PROHIBITED
Guests, including law enforcement personnel who do not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into SXM events. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc.
RSVP POLICY
This event is 21+. Admission will be on a first come, first served basis and capped at event capacity. Your RSVP does not guarantee admission if capacity is reached. Your invitation is non-transferable, and there are no plus ones. You must have a valid, government-issued photo ID for entry. Pandora and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any patron at the discretion of Pandora or venue management. In consideration of attending the event, you hereby release from liability and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pandora Media, Inc. and its affiliates ("Pandora") from any losses associated with your attendance at the event, including but not limited to personal injury (including death) and/or property loss or damage. By entering and by your presence at this Pandora event (“Event”), you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded by Pandora, its affiliates, partners and/or other third party sponsors of (or other third party official hosts of events at) the Event (collectively, “Authorized Parties”). Your entry and presence constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use by the Authorized Parties, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of any resulting photographs, video footage or other content (including without limitation, your appearance, image, likeness, voice and name) (collectively, “Content”), for any purpose whatsoever (including without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes). You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you attending the Event and that you have no rights to view, approve, edit or otherwise use or receive compensation for any of the Content. We will only use the email address you provide to send you information related to the event or to provide you with technical support related to your RSVP.
