I have struggled with bipolar depression for years. Sometimes life could be a nightmare. But I have a great psychiatrist and after years of trying different meds, my doctor and I finally found a medicine that works great for me. I'm not suggesting you need to see a psychiatrist but definitely talking to someone is helpful. 

You know, the last 2 years have been a struggle for many with the onset of the pandemic. I have managed it because I have some great stations on Pandora, I have some good friends and I make a conscious effort to try and stay positive.

I hope you can find what can bring you happiness. If you can't find happiness, I WOULD recommend seeking the advice and help of a mental health specialist. I'll see you around.

@Jazzlynn172005 so what is keeping you anchored down? Is it relational problems? I hope whatever it is, it is just a very short temporal problem. Friends are very important to have in life, and friends always shine more when they are there to get us through our roughest and most difficult times in life. I hope all turns out well for you. @Jazzlynn172005 don't worry about that I think every one of us has stepped on that crazy button in our life at least once or twice. It is just a normal thing to go through. You'll get through it, you may not think so, or feel as though you will, but believe me, you will. Sometimes the greatest part of life is facing difficulties that we do not understand or cannot find the answers to. These experiences are what help us to become stronger as well as wiser in this thing called life. You never know how you're hardships that you experience in life could possibly help someone else in the future. Hardships, difficulties, and even heartache never go unanswered. You very well may become the solution to someone else's problem later on. Keep your head up, and keep moving forward because tomorrow will be a new beginning, a new start. Don't ever let your despair become your victory, you be the one to overcome it. Take care and stay safe.
