I started this thread 3yrs ago, this is as far as Pandora Corp ever get. They don't care. We ALREADY pay, why change it just because we came up with a bangin idea....lame, sad, disappointing 😞
This one conversation has been going on for over 5 years and the only response from Pandora has been to thank everyone and to add them to some existing thread? If you, Pandora people, aren't going to add gapless playback can you at least tell your paying customers why? This is absurd.
I feel that cross fade is a feature request, while gapless song transitions is something that just has to be true. I could not care less about the former, but the latter is a real annoying issue that just needs to be fixed pronto.
I'm still running out of valid reasons as to why I pay Pandora money and don't have simple features like gapless audio or bitrates over 192kbps. I've been faithfully listening since around 2006, and I'll switch to another platform with next to no effort if this won't change.
