Mood Media: Collection isn't updated after changing stations

We use Pandora for our business. It plays throughout the whole store. I have recently tried to change our collection and add in and take off other stations, but it doesn't seem to be working. They are in my collection, but don't play at store level. This is the way that I have changed all the music in the past, but it isn't working this time. Help?
