Mood Media: Unable to include all stations in shuffle

We have Pandora Mood for work but it only plays a limited number of stations at the shop but when I look in this account there are so many more stations in our list. We’d like to be able to shuffle all our stations but don’t know why the system will no longer allow this. Our media player app never worked so we use the web address of the player from an iPad to connect and stream. Thank you for any possible solutions on this!

You should be able to log into your Pandora account associated with your Mood Media account on web or, through the Pandora app to select your shuffle options, including shuffle all. These changes will be reflected on your Mood Media device. When using your iPad are you logging into your Mood Media account or the Pandora account?

We have log in to Mood Media player, not the Pandora account. I'll do what you suggest and see what happens! Thank you

This solution did not work. Unfortunately, we cannot use the app so we're logging in to the IP address of the player. We are still unable to see all our collections on the player when we're logged in at the shop. We'd love to just use quick mix but it's limiting when it's the same 25 stations on repeat.
