TV: Sign-in vs. Sign-up

I have set up pandora on my first TV with no problem yet when I go to do it using the same information it tells me email already in use. I have never had a problem in the past setting up accounts using the same information. What is the problem?

@ERNURSE80 If you are seeing that error message, then you are attempting to create a new account vs. sign into your existing account on that device.

Rather than creating a brand new account, you should be able to sign in on your device using the same email and password credentials you used to sign into your first tv.

If you continue to run into issues, please let me know what the make and model of your device is.
