Getting the following email. “The charge for your subscription was declined by your Visa .... xxxx. To avoid losing access to your service, update your payment method.”
My payment method is accurate, but Apple seems to have lost my subscription to Pandora Plus.
Attempted to reach out to Apple using chat, but my chat was immediately disconnected.
Need assistance getting this resolved.
@TWSpencer55331 Unfortunately, we can't manage this directly on our end as we don't have access to the Apple billing system.
You'll need to contact the Apple support team once more for further assistance.
Alternatively, when your current subscription through Apple expires and you start hearing ads on your account again, you can resubscribe directly through our service instead here.
