Direct billed - Refund on Annual Subscription

Hello -- I would like a refund on the annual supscrition that I cancelled today (August 7th 2023). 

The annual subscription was renewed on July 23rd 2023.  

Please assist.

Hi, I cancelled my family subscription as of today 1/17/2025, it was renewed on 1/9/2025, and am requesting a prorated refund for remaining months that will not be used.
